A Psalm of David. 1 I will praise you with my whole heart; before the gods will I sing praise unto you.
לְדָוִ֨ד ׀ אֹודְךָ֥ בְכָל־לִבִּ֑י נֶ֖גֶד אֱלֹהִ֣ים אֲזַמְּרֶֽךָּ׃
| 1 [Ψαλμὸς τῷ Δαυίδ, Ἁγγαίου καὶ Ζαχαρίου.] Ἐξομολογήσομαί σοι, κύριε, ἐν ὅλῃ καρδίᾳ μου, ὅτι ἤκουσας τὰ ῥήματα τοῦ στόματός μου, καὶ ἐναντίον ἀγγέλων ψαλῶ σοι. | 1 Ψαλμὸς τῷ Δαυΐδ, Ἀγγαίου καὶ Ζαχαρίου. — ἐξομολογήσομαί σοι, Κύριε, ἐν ὅλῃ καρδίᾳ μου, καὶ ἐναντίον ἀγγέλων ψαλῶ σοι, ὅτι ἤκουσας πάντα τὰ ῥήματα τοῦ στόματός μου. |

2 I will worship toward your holy temple, and praise your name for your lovingkindness and for your truth; for you have magnified your word above all your name.
אֶשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֨ה אֶל־הֵיכַ֪ל קָדְשְׁךָ֡ וְאֹ֘ודֶ֤ה אֶת־שְׁמֶ֗ךָ עַל־חַסְדְּךָ֥ וְעַל־אֲמִתֶּ֑ךָ כִּֽי־הִגְדַּ֥לְתָּ עַל־כָּל־שִׁ֝מְךָ֗ אִמְרָתֶֽךָ׃

בְּיֹ֣ום קָ֭רָֽאתִי וַֽתַּעֲנֵ֑נִי תַּרְהִבֵ֖נִי בְנַפְשִׁ֣י עֹֽז׃

וְ֭יָשִׁירוּ בְּדַרְכֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה כִּ֥י גָ֝דֹ֗ול כְּבֹ֣וד יְהוָֽה׃

6 Though the LORD be high, yet has he respect unto the lowly; but the proud he knows afar off.
כִּי־רָ֣ם יְ֭הוָה וְשָׁפָ֣ל יִרְאֶ֑ה וְ֝גָבֹ֗הַּ מִמֶּרְחָ֥ק יְיֵדָֽע׃

אִם־אֵלֵ֤ךְ ׀ בְּקֶ֥רֶב צָרָ֗ה תְּחַ֫יֵּ֥נִי עַ֤ל אַ֣ף אֹ֖יְבַי תִּשְׁלַ֣ח יָדֶ֑ךָ וְתֹ֖ושִׁיעֵ֣נִי יְמִינֶֽךָ׃
