לַמְנַצֵּ֗חַ מִזְמֹ֥ור לְדָוִֽד׃

1 Deliver me, Oh LORD, from the evil man; preserve me from the violent man;
חַלְּצֵ֣נִי יְ֭הוָה מֵאָדָ֣ם רָ֑ע מֵאִ֖ישׁ חֲמָסִ֣ים תִּנְצְרֵֽנִי׃

2 Which imagine mischiefs in their heart; continually are they gathered together for war.
אֲשֶׁ֤ר חָשְׁב֣וּ רָעֹ֣ות בְּלֵ֑ב כָּל־יֹ֝֗ום יָג֥וּרוּ מִלְחָמֹֽות׃
| 2 οἵτινες ἐλογίσαντο ἀδικίας ἐν καρδίᾳ, ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν παρετάσσοντο πολέμους· | 2 οἵτινες ἐλογίσαντο ἀδικίαν ἐν καρδίᾳ, ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν παρετάσσοντο πολέμους· |

שָֽׁנֲנ֣וּ לְשֹׁונָם֮ כְּֽמֹו־נָ֫חָ֥שׁ חֲמַ֥ת עַכְשׁ֑וּב תַּ֖חַת שְׂפָתֵ֣ימֹו סֶֽלָה׃

שָׁמְרֵ֤נִי יְהוָ֨ה ׀ מִ֘ידֵ֤י רָשָׁ֗ע מֵאִ֣ישׁ חֲמָסִ֣ים תִּנְצְרֵ֑נִי אֲשֶׁ֥ר חָ֝שְׁב֗וּ לִדְחֹ֥ות פְּעָמָֽי׃
| 4 φύλαξόν με, κύριε, ἐκ χειρὸς ἁμαρτωλοῦ, ἀπὸ ἀνθρώπων ἀδίκων ἐξελοῦ με, οἵτινες ἐλογίσαντο ὑποσκελίσαι τὰ διαβήματά μου· | 4 φύλαξόν με, Κύριε, ἐκ χειρὸς ἁμαρτωλοῦ, ἀπὸ ἀνθρώπων ἀδίκων ἐξελοῦ με, οἵτινες διελογίσαντο τοῦ ὑποσκελίσαι τὰ διαβήματά μου· |

טָֽמְנֽוּ־גֵאִ֨ים ׀ פַּ֡ח לִ֗י וַחֲבָלִ֗ים פָּ֣רְשׂוּ רֶ֭שֶׁת לְיַד־מַעְגָּ֑ל מֹקְשִׁ֖ים שָֽׁתוּ־לִ֣י סֶֽלָה׃

διέτειναν,

σκάνδαλον
ἔθεντό

5 ἔκρυψαν ὑπερήφανοι παγίδα μοι καὶ σχοινία διέτειναν, παγίδα τοῖς ποσί μου, ἐχόμενα τρίβους σκάνδαλα ἔθεντό μοι. ( διάψαλμα). |

6 I said unto the LORD, You are my God; hear the voice of my supplications, Oh LORD.
אָמַ֣רְתִּי לַ֭יהוָה אֵ֣לִי אָ֑תָּה הַאֲזִ֥ינָה יְ֝הוָ֗ה קֹ֣ול תַּחֲנוּנָֽי׃

יְהֹוִ֣ה אֲ֭דֹנָי עֹ֣ז יְשׁוּעָתִ֑י סַכֹּ֥תָה לְ֝רֹאשִׁ֗י בְּיֹ֣ום נָֽשֶׁק׃

8 μὴ παραδῷς με, Κύριε, ἀπὸ τῆς ἐπιθυμίας μου ἁμαρτωλῷ· διελογίσαντο κατ’ ἐμοῦ, μὴ ἐγκαταλίπῃς με, μήποτε ὑψωθῶσιν. ( διάψαλμα). |

9 As for the head of those who compass me about, let the mischief of their own lips cover them.
רֹ֥אשׁ מְסִבָּ֑י עֲמַ֖ל שְׂפָתֵ֣ימֹו

עֲלֵיהֶ֗ם גֶּֽחָ֫לִ֥ים בָּאֵ֥שׁ יַפִּלֵ֑ם בְּ֝מַהֲמֹרֹ֗ות בַּֽל־יָקֽוּמוּ׃

אִ֥ישׁ לָשֹׁון֮ בַּל־יִכֹּ֪ון בָּ֫אָ֥רֶץ אִישׁ־חָמָ֥ס רָ֑ע יְ֝צוּדֶ֗נּוּ לְמַדְחֵפֹֽת׃

12 I know that the LORD will maintain the cause of the afflicted, and the right of the poor.
כִּֽי־יַעֲשֶׂ֣ה יְ֭הוָה דִּ֣ין עָנִ֑י מִ֝שְׁפַּ֗ט אֶבְיֹנִֽים׃

13 Surely the righteous shall give thanks unto your name; the upright shall dwell in your presence.
אַ֣ךְ צַ֭דִּיקִים יֹוד֣וּ לִשְׁמֶ֑ךָ יֵשְׁב֥וּ יְ֝שָׁרִ֗ים אֶת־פָּנֶֽיךָ׃
